The Open Souls Historic Demo is a platform that showcases the capabilities of artificial intelligence models developed by Open Souls. The responses generated by the AI models are based solely on vast amounts of data and are not specifically controlled or directed by Open Souls.
a. Open Souls Data Collection: Open Souls does not collect any personal or identifiable user data beyond basic analytics necessary for the improvement and functioning of the Demo.
b. Third-Party APIs: The Demo may utilize third-party APIs which can collect voice and transcription data. Open Souls is not responsible for the data collection practices or policies of these third-party services. Users are encouraged to review and understand the privacy policies of these third-party services before using the Demo.
By using the Demo, you unequivocally understand and agree that:
a. Open Souls, its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners, shall not be held responsible or liable, under any circumstances, for any content generated by the AI models, including but not limited to any inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or offensive content.
b. Open Souls is absolved from any responsibility for any harm, damage, or adverse consequences that may arise from your use, interpretation, or reliance on the content generated by the AI models in the Demo.
c. You use the Demo entirely at your own risk and discretion.
The content generated by the AI models does not reflect the views, opinions, or beliefs of Open Souls. Open Souls does not endorse, support, or validate any content produced by the AI models.
You agree not to misuse the Demo or use it in any manner that could harm Open Souls or third parties. You also agree not to rely solely on the content generated by the Demo for critical decisions, actions, or interpretations.
Open Souls reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Demo after changes to these Terms have been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
Open Souls reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Demo at any time, without notice, for any reason.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Open Souls is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to use the content generated by the Open Souls Historic Demo for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless expressly agreed upon in writing by Open Souls. Any commercial use of the generated content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. If permission is granted for commercial use, appropriate attribution to Open Souls must be provided
By using the Open Souls Historic Demo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Your use signifies an absolute and unconditional waiver of any claims against Open Souls related to the Demo.
